FEES

We will discuss my fee on your first visit. In certain situations I offer a sliding scale for patients experiencing a financial hardship.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

I am an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies. However, the good news is that many insurance policies provide out-of-network benefits to assist with therapy fees. Sessions are often covered at 70-80% after the deductible is met. This is individual and specific to each insurance policy, and a topic you should discuss with your benefits manager at work or your insurance company.

Please let me know if you have confusion about submitting your insurance claim for reimbursement.  I’m happy to answer any questions you may have in this process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that as my patient you are financially responsible for each session. Sessions cancelled within a reasonable time period may be rescheduled provided I have availability in my schedule to accommodate you.  Additional time for services such as school visits, reports, and extended phone calls over 15 minutes will be prorated at the agreed upon session rate.

Your financial relationship with me as your therapist will continue as long as I provide services or until you inform me in person that you wish to end therapy. Please plan to meet with  me at least once before discontinuing therapy.
